Houtou Singi or 清祇 is a known cosplayer in the cosplaying community, and in my opinion she’s by far the best one who cosplayed for Mari Makinami. I’ve looked everywhere in all the cosplaying sites for a piece of information about her but I couldn’t find any, I’d appreciate it if you know something about her and could fill me up. She has cosplayed for numerous characters and has dozens of cool photos; I will definitely post about her other spectacular works, but as for now enjoy the Mari Makinami photos.
