Rygart Arrow is an un-sorcerer, a rare individual who is unable to levitate even the smallest crystal. Living with his brother on a farm, he receives a letter from an old friend, Hodr, the current king. Close companion of the king and queen when they were students at Assam Military School, Arrow is informed that a war is about to occur. Hodr called him because an ancient type of Golem has been found in a mining shaft. No one has been able to move it and Queen Sigyn, an expert engineer, suspects that maybe an un-sorcerer might be the key to activate it.

Review:
When you combine military and mecha together you always wind up with great fights, and include a good plot then it’s a good anime for sure. From the first scene Broken Blade was promising, there are a lot of insanely perfect mecha fights by great characters piloting one of the best mecha designs I’ve ever seen lately, it’s literally breath taking. The intense of the plot, the bond between the four friends, and greater survival Golems clashes escalated brilliantly through out the 6 movies. Character designs weren’t bad at all but the most important thing that was worth noting is the mecha designs, they were flawless, precisely what I was hoping for. The designs weren’t unique and original, it’s like you are witnessing a developed versions of Sinanju from Gundam Unicorn! And Sinanju is one badass mecha that I love so much. The last fight was perfect, although the plot wasn’t concluded but yet it hints for more to come, and I hope there is at least one more movie to close the open ending and satisfy our needs to see more of this amazing series; and would love to see a fight between Rygart and Zess. I can’t say no more really, I guess you need no more elaborating for how fabulous it is.

    10/10? really?
I downloaded the series in 720p but I’m still too lazy to start watching it even though its only 6 episodes long.
