Slightly Darkened Tokyo Time lapse

by Kal A on April 19, 2011

Slightly darkened Tokyo time lapse

A comparison video of Tokyo before and after the massive earthquake and tsunami that hit Japan last month. Darwinfish105 made this amazing time lapse video and you’ll notice billboards, buildings, and streets lights aren’t lit as before that tragedy to save power.
